The Mtuals Foundation Inc. is a 501(c) 3 charitable family foundation incorporated in 2015 in the State
of Michigan, Wayne County, USA by Mutua’s family. We are guided by the conviction that, for those
able to provide, such support is not a matter of generosity but a core responsibility. We also believe
that, to them that much is given, much is expected.

Our Values
In pursuit of its mission, the values upheld by the foundation include commitment with
passion, tact with sensitivity, integrity with accountability, responsiveness, accessibility,
fairness and involvement, and the utmost professionalism in its initiatives. The following

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE: We serve and nurture our clients, enabling lifelong relationships
that span generations.

to us are protected and invested in positive, sustainable outcomes for our communities.

Our Mission
To raise hope, improve the quality of life, and make positive indelible
differences on the lives of individuals with each gift we give. We do this by
providing funding to non-profit and grassroots organizations that focus on
poverty reduction, access to healthcare, quality education, and general
wellbeing in marginalized communities. Our Board of Directors are
sometimes directly involved with innovative projects that further this mission.

The world is facing the threat of COVID-19 as we are all aware of.  This
new coronavirus—dubbed SARS-CoV-2—is unquestionably
dangerous. It causes a disease called COVID-19, which can be deadly,
particularly for older people and those with underlying health
conditions.

            IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

Each one of us as an important role to play to help reduce the rapid
spread of the virus by practicing social distancing protocols and
other laid down procedures.
